The Institute of public health informs that starting from 09.03.2026, the implementation of free vaccination against Hepatitis B for healthcare workers in the Republic of Macedonia will begin.

Vaccination will be carried out at:

·         The Institute of public health – Skopje, where healthcare workers and medical and dental students from Skopje will be vaccinated;

·         All Centers for public health across the country, where healthcare workers from other cities will be vaccinated according to the place of residence listed in their application.

All registered individuals will receive an SMS message with an invitation for vaccination, which will include the time period during which they will be able to receive the vaccine.

Vaccination against Hepatitis B is an important preventive measure to protect healthcare workers from occupational exposure and is part of the ongoing activities to improve workplace safety and health.

We invite all registered healthcare workers to regularly check their mobile phones and email addresses listed in the vaccination application, where they will receive the vaccination invitation.
